Nextcom LLC Refund Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we are committed to working with you to achieve a satisfactory outcome. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which a refund may or may not be granted.

Services Not Refundable:

  • Discounted Packages: Due to the reduced pricing of discounted packages, refunds are not available.
  • Approved Concepts & Revisions: Refunds will not be granted after a primary design concept has been approved or revisions have been requested.
  • Urgent Projects & Self-Inflicted Cancellations: Urgent design projects and cancellations due to reasons unrelated to Nextcom LLC's services are non-refundable.
  • Client Unresponsiveness: Inactivity exceeding two weeks during the project will void refund eligibility.
  • Policy Violations: Violations of Nextcom LLC's policies will result in denied refunds.
  • Duplicate Projects: Engaging another designer/company for the same project eliminates your refund rights with Nextcom LLC.
  • Incomplete Briefs & Major Changes: Refunds will not be granted for projects where the creative brief lacks crucial information or requires a complete design overhaul.
  • Late Refund Requests: Claims submitted beyond the designated "request for refund" timeframe will not be considered.
  • Business Changes: Refunds are not applicable in cases of business closure, name changes, or other internal client restructuring.
  • Non-Service Reasons: Reasons like "change of mind," disagreements with partners, or personal matters are not grounds for a refund.
  • Processing Fee: A 12% processing fee will be deducted from all client-initiated refund requests.
  • Final File Delivery: Refunds are not available after final files are delivered based on your request.
  • Free Items: Refunds and revisions are explicitly excluded for complimentary items.
  • Specific Services: Services like Social Media, SEO, Domain Registration, and Web Hosting are non-refundable.
  • Website Development: Website development refunds are denied once the design is approved and development begins.
  • Logo Finalization: Logo revisions with positive client feedback and finalized files eliminate refund eligibility.
  • Third-Party Work: Refunds will not be offered for work outsourced by Nextcom LLC.

Eligible Refunds:

  • Service Delivery Failure: You may request a refund if Nextcom LLC fails to deliver the agreed-upon services, provided you fulfilled all prerequisites beforehand.

Refund Processing:

  • Refund requests will be reviewed within 30 business days (if applicable).
