Client Eligibility for Refunds:

Clients may be eligible for a refund in cases where Nextcom LLC fails to deliver services as outlined in the agreed-upon Service Plan, provided the client fulfilled all their pre-requisites in a timely manner.

Circumstances Not Eligible for Refunds:

Client's failure to fulfill their obligations as outlined in the agreement, such as providing necessary business information, personal information, store information, or essential data and documents after the contract has been signed and work has commenced.

Account or store suspension arising from the client's past business conduct. Nextcom LLC Automation is not responsible for such occurrences.

Client's delay or lack of response regarding purchase orders, rendering them ineligible for a refund.

If Client opts a discounted service package, refund policy may not be applicable.

Refund Processing:

Nextcom LLC will process valid refund requests within 30 business days of receipt.
